It looks brighter, more beautiful, and has a rounder texture.

Precautions for uv varnish:

1. The normal use temperature of UV varnish is 50-55°C. When used at low temperature in winter, it is necessary to use constant temperature water to heat the UV varnish to make the viscosity reach the design viscosity, which is beneficial to the leveling and fast curing of the UV varnish.

2. When the uv varnish passes through the irradiation area of ​​the uv lamp, the best temperature should be 50-60 ℃, because the uv varnish cures quickly at this temperature and has strong adhesion after curing. That said, under UV light, the lower the temperature, the better. This is the main reason why some manufacturers have poor adhesion and leveling during glazing in low temperature factories in winter.

3. With the development of information technology, the irritation of UV varnish has been greatly improved and reduced. If the skin encounters UV varnish, it should be washed off immediately with soap and water, otherwise we may cause some skin tissue redness, swelling and blistering.

Features of uv varnish:

Excellent adhesion, making the pattern bright, waterproof and not falling off;

2. High gloss, smoothness and leveling. It can almost achieve a mirror effect, and has the characteristics of fine film formation and good hand feeling. , the gloss is above 85 degrees.

Our common problems in the use and management of uv varnish:

1. The gloss is not good, the brightness is not enough

main reason

1. The viscosity of the uv oil is too small and the coating is too thin

2. Excessive dilution with non-reactive solvents such as ethanol

3. Uneven coating

4. The material is too absorbent

Solution and management method: According to the different development conditions of the material, choose an appropriate and effective increase in the viscosity and coating amount of the uv varnish: For the paper with strong absorption, a layer of primer can be applied first.

Poor drying, incomplete curing, sticky surface

main reason

1. Insufficient UV light intensity

2. The UV lamp is aging and the light intensity is weakened

3, UV varnish storage working time can not be too long

4. Too much diluent is added that does not participate in the reaction.

5. The machine is too fast

Solution: When the curing speed is less than 0.5 seconds, generally ensure that the light power is not less than 120w/cm; the lamp tube should be replaced in time, and if necessary, add a certain amount of UV curing accelerator to accelerate drying.
